In a 30-minute initial call we look at your current leadership situation together. Not in the abstract, but specifically: where is delivery stuck? Where is unnecessary unrest coming from? And which lever would actually make a difference right now?
The call is free of obligation and serves one main purpose: to find out whether and how I can support you in a meaningful way.
What we talk about
The initial call is not a sales pitch – it is about orientation:
- What target picture are you currently pursuing with your organisation?
- Where do you see the biggest bottleneck in delivery or collaboration?
- What would be a sensible next step towards more stability and clarity?
You get a first outside assessment – honest, pragmatic and without consultant-speak.

The call
30 minutes by video (Microsoft Teams), in English or German. We find out whether we are a good match, professionally and personally.
