What we talk about

The intro call is not a sales pitch. It is about getting your bearings:

• What are you currently trying to achieve with your organisation?
• Where do you see the biggest bottleneck in delivery or collaboration?
• What would be a sensible next step towards more stability and clarity?

You get a first outside assessment – honest, pragmatic and free of consultant-speak.

How it works

   The call

   30 minutes by video (Microsoft Teams), in English or German. We find out whether we are a good fit, professionally and personally.

Your details are used solely to arrange the appointment and are not passed on to third parties.

And after that?

If it fits, we take stock next: I take a close look at your situation. I talk to you, your leadership team and two or three teams, and I look at what you already have: backlog, incidents, release history, the way decisions get made. You get a written outside view: the three places where I see things getting stuck, which of them are technology, which organisation and which leadership, and a proposal for how to go on – with me, without me, or with someone who is a better fit for it than I am. Two weeks, about five days of effort on my side, remote plus one or two days on site. The decision comes after that, not before.
